In 2018, I led the learning design division for Mindvalley, one of the world’s top brands today in transformational education. As team lead, I represented the learning design division at the management table. I was responsible for setting strategic goals and managing day-to-day operations and the execution of Mindvalley courses—aka Quests. 

With a tightknit team of curriculum designers, my role was to support and empower the team, maintain quality of programs, problem-solve and guide curriculum designers on best practices, and guide Mindvalley to design a curriculum that supported the needs of its students worldwide. I liased with marketing, design, and production, to create best-in-class online programs.

At the same time, I worked with CEO Vishen Lakhiani on his book The Buddha and the Badass, which became a international and New York Times bestseller.
